Kate Georgen

Kate represents high-growth companies and their investors in venture financings and general corporate matters. She works with operating companies, venture funds, family offices, angel investors and executive teams to help clients accomplish their strategic goals. Kate has experience working with clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on technology and renewable energy.

Kate advises clients throughout the company lifecycle on a wide range of matters, including entity formation, founder and stakeholder equity arrangements, corporate governance, early- and growth-stage financings and strategic transactions.

Prior to co-founding GreyKeel, Kate was a senior associate in the corporate group at Wilson Sonsini. Prior to Wilson Sonsini, she worked in the corporate group at another international law firm.
