We’re excited to announce the official launch of GreyKeel, a corporate boutique for dynamic companies and their investors.
In the modern era, things move quickly. Clients, especially those in high-growth verticals like technology and life sciences, need guidance from sophisticated counsel to accomplish their goals. We built GreyKeel to address that need with a platform that’s different from the traditional law firm model—a platform that’s more agile and focused on business-minded outcomes and personal client relationships.
Our co-founders are excited to use their experience to help clients build impactful companies. We have two decades of combined experience in corporate legal matters, including senior roles at major U.S. law firms, and have collectively worked with hundreds of company and fund clients in venture financings, M&A transactions and general corporate matters.
The new firm’s focus is an extension of our existing experience. We’ll be working with operating companies, venture and private equity funds, family offices, angel investors and executive teams to help clients accomplish their strategic objectives. Our team will advise clients throughout the company lifecycle on a wide range of matters, including entity formation, founder and stakeholder equity arrangements, corporate governance, early- and growth-stage financings, strategic commercial transactions, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
