Byron Crowe

Byron represents fast-growing companies and their investors in venture financings, M&A transactions and general corporate matters. He works closely with operating companies, venture and private equity funds, family offices, angel investors and executive teams to help clients accomplish their strategic objectives. Byron has experience working with U.S. and international clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on life sciences, technology and aggregates.

Byron advises clients throughout the company lifecycle on a wide range of matters, including entity formation, founder and stakeholder equity arrangements, corporate governance, early- and growth-stage financings, strategic commercial transactions, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Whether it’s a mission-critical transaction or a day-to-day legal matter, clients appreciate his practical, business-minded approach.

Prior to founding GreyKeel, Byron was a partner in the corporate group at Holland & Hart. Prior to Holland & Hart, he was a senior associate in the corporate group at WilmerHale. Byron also previously served as a senior research fellow at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation. He clerked for the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa in Johannesburg.
